Welcome on the web page of the Harus hill and of its surroundings

Harus hill (741 m ASL) is situated in the heart of the Bohemian-Moravian highlands next to Nové Město na Moravě. It is a part of the protected landscape area Žďárské vrchy.

There is a television tower on the top and a ski slope on the eastern side. A beautiful tourist chalet with lookout tower once stood on the hill. It burned down in 1942 and was never rebuilt.

Next to the hill the Vysočina-arena - Host of the world biathlon and mountain bike championships - is situated.

A field fitness path leads from hotel Ski to the top.
